Are you a claimant in TUV 2&3; has your PIP Claim against TUV been dismissed by the French Court as Inadmissible?
The claims of about 5,000 women have been finally dismissed as Inadmissible; and in addition, TUV is entitled to the repayment by you of the €3,000 interim payment.
There is no further right of appeal or legal route to recover any damages from TUV.
A Claimants' Association, (with a Committee), was established to look into seeking compensation on our behalf and we are engaging with lawyers and others about taking legal action against the lawyers who represented us because we believe that their negligence led to our claims being deemed as Inadmissible.
We, the Committee, encourage you to pre-register your interest in pursuing your claim.
Pre-registration is without obligation and there is no charge to register.
NOTE that:-
1. Your information will, of necessity, be shared with lawyers instructed, the committee and other associated entities but will always be treated as strictly private and confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
2. After pre-registration, you will receive an email containing further information and updates as developments progress.
Register now to show your interest in pursuing your claim for compensation (it will only take 2 minutes).
INFORMATION REQUIRED IS SIMPLE – 2 STEPS
STEP 1 - Your CURRENT contact details, including current surname; and
STEP 2 - Your address and NAMES used when you FIRST joined the TUV 2&3 claim (the details submitted to court) if different to current data.
